Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment for young children. The Preschool Director will be responsible for the overall operation of the preschool, including staff management, curriculum, staff development, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, including staffing, curriculum, and finances
• Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of all learners
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Market and promote the preschool to families in the community
• Ensure compliance with state regulations
• Represent the preschool to the community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience working in a preschool setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current early childhood education best practices
• CPR and First Aid certification
