Infant Teacher

At Scottsdale Academy, we care for children from infancy through age 5 in a warm, nurturing environment. We’re looking for a passionate Infant Teacher to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our tiniest learners (6 weeks to 12 months).

What You’ll Do

• Create fun, age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that stimulate babies’ growth and development

• Engage infants through storytelling, sensory play, music and hands-on interaction

• Build loving, responsive relationships with each baby in your care

• Partner with parents through open, caring communication

• Keep your classroom clean, safe and joyful every day

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for infants and early childhood

• Experience working with babies (professional setting preferred)

• Knowledge of child development best practices

• Patient, reliable and comfortable in a busy, hands-on environment

• Strong communication skills

• DCF 45-hour training (preferred)

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required)
